Returns and Refund Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You will have 3 days to Return an item from the date of delivery.
Returns are eligible only in the following scenarios
- Item was delivered in a physically damaged condition. But the same needs to be mentioned on the Delivery Receipt/Purchase Order Receipt.
- An incorrect item has been delivered
- Item has manufacturing defects
To be eligible for a Return, please make sure of the following
- Products must be unused
- Products must be in their original condition with all original tags, manuals, and packaging intact
- Products should not be broken, opened, or tampered with
- You need to have a receipt or proof of purchase
- All promotional items shipped along with the purchased item must be returned
Returns and Exchanges are not applicable for color or incorrect purchases. Please note that we allow a single exchange per product. Products shipped would be as per the color described in the product title on the product page. Images on product pages can sometimes be misleading and are meant to be indicative in nature.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate exchange/replacement at the earliest.
Equivalent store credit will be issued in case we’re unable to source the agreed-upon exchange/replacement. The store credit can be used to purchase other products online at www.manoharcycles.in
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Initiate a request via our RETURNS on site and complete the following 3 simple steps
Step 1: Pack the item you’re looking to return. Ensure you have sufficient packaging to keep the product safe.
Step 2: If your location is not serviceable by our logistics partners, we would need your assistance to ship the item to us. You will receive details from our website on where the items need to be shipped.
Step 3: You should receive an email as soon as we receive your items.
